Our Members

The people of St. Francis come from literally all over the world. Many have grown up in the parish in families who have been in the neighborhood for generations. Some have found a home at St. Francis from other parts of the city. Some have relocated to Louisville for jobs or to go to school. Some are recent immigrants to our country. A number are young people who came to St. Francis seeking to find a place for God in their lives and who have joined the Catholic Church here.

We have members in their 100’s along with many young adults who live in the surrounding area. But whether from Rutherford Ave or Goa, India, whether more than a century old or less than a week, each of us has a unique role in the ministry that is the life of St. Francis.
